WriteItPro™ - The opening Screen
This is the opening screen showing the main toolbar down the left hand side and main menu
along the top of the screen. Only one story can ever be opened at once and then all of the other
information stored about that story is readily available. |

WriteItPro™ - Story Details
This is where top level information like the overview, the beginning and the ending can be initially worked on.
It is also the place where the completed story can be exported to an RTF file or printed out. |

WriteItPro™ - Chapter Manager
Once all of the story segments have been written the Chapter Manager is used to pull the pieces together into
chapters. Completed chapters can be previewed and printed or exported to RTF files as required. |

WriteItPro™ - Story Flow Organiser
This is an outlining tool that allows a top level view of the story structure to be built. The top level topics entered
can be reordered as required. It also allows more detail to be attached to the top level headings. All of the information
compiled into this tool can be sent to hard copy so that it can be kept on the desk as an aid memoir whilst working.

WriteItPro™ - Story Segment Manager
Each segment, scene, plot or sub-plot can be written separately and stored using this tool. They can be printed
or exported to an RTF file. RTF files prepared using other tools can also be imported into this tool. This allows for total
flexibility and makes the the task of managing story segments very straightforward.

WriteItPro™ - Character Manager
As its name implies this tool is where characters are created, edited and maintained. User defined templates
can be used to provide headings and sub-headings meaningful to the user. Pictures of the characters can be linked
to the character profiles. Character profiles can be printed, exported to RTF format files or even imported from RTF
format files originating from other word processing applications.

WriteItPro™ - Notes Manager
Never lose track of a story related note again! This tool allows 5 different note types to be created - story, chapter,
story segment, character and miscellaneous. There is no real limit on how many notes can be created and they
are filed by note type under each story that is in progress, only displaying the notes for the currently open story. |
