Story Oriented Information - All of the information
entered for a story is kept together and multiple stories can be stored
by the application allowing the user to switch between them as required. This is the true
power of WriteItPro as it enables a writer to be organised without thinking about it and
be able to find everything that relates to a particular story in one place like character profiles,
notes, research material and even images of characters if required! |

Rich Text Editors - Most of the tools in the application use these
RTF editors that allow Rich Text Formatting to be embedded within any text. This means
a writer can apply text formatting in real time like you do in full blown word processors.
Both importing and exporting in RTF format is fully supported making WriteItPro™ formatted
text fully compatible with most word processing software packages. |

Template Manager - User defined templates can be created
in the Template Manager that can then be used as a skeleton of headings
for controlling the information entered for both Character and Note
records. This technology although simple and very straightforward
to set up provides the user with customisable layouts that are more
meaningful and can then be applied time and again. |

Chapter Manager - This module is used at the end
of the story writing process to bring together all the segments of
the story and build them into chapters to form the completed
short story or novel. |

Story Flow Organiser - Basically this is an ideas
outlining tool that is capable of organising a random list of thoughts
or ordering a sequence of events that might flow through a complete
story. Its a brainstorming tool as well and provides the ability to re-order any
of the ideas, mark clearly which ideas are being worked on and which are already
completed. |

Story Segment Manager - This module is the workhorse
of the application where the writer spends most of the time
writing the segments, scenes or plots that will combine to produce the finished
story. |

Character Manager - As the name implies this module
manages everything to do with the characters in the story. Characters
created for a story are only available in the story that they are
created for although there is a utility to copy a character between stories.
User defined templates can be created and used to ensure that the
information stored is meaningful to you. |

Notes - All types of notes associated with each of the
five elements of the WriteItPro™ application can be created and stored.
They can be Viewed and Printed in Plain Text or Rich Text Format (RTF), Exported or Imported
to and from Files in RTF format. User Defined Templates allow a customisable
method of annotating notes with pre-defined headers. |

WriteItPro™ is crammed full of useful features, including a dedicated spell
checking engine complete with UK and US dictionaries. Many of the other features remove
most of the restrictions found in other similar applications and provide a very powerful
writer's application that every writer will feel comfortable using. |
